Authentic Samurai aims to share authentic information related to samurai performance to help foster an international enthusiasm about Samurai, and also to propagate detailed information regarding samurai culture that may otherwise be lost.
Eisuke (Ace) Aoshima. A Tokyo native, trained in New York, is a working actor for Film, TV, and Theatre. Studied and worked as a professional Samurai actor for over a decade, he currently resides in Japan and work as a member of an award-winning (Japanese equivalent of the Academy award) fight choreographer’s team.
Ace has worked on numerous block buster films and national TV. Recent credits include, Chiri Tsubaki(Toho Film), NHK Taiga series Naotora, Shiobino Kuni(Toho Film), Sanada Jyu-yu-shi(Shochiku Film), Nobunaga Concert (Toho film) and more.
